RIM E-Commerce Entities
As used in the BlackBerry Solution License Agreement, RIME means the entity set forth below. The entity for a particular jurisdiction may change from time to time with notification of such change being made by posting an updated version of this page . Updates to this page shall apply when published by RIM, and not on a retrospective basis. A reference to 'BlackBerry Commerce' in a RIME Store or in related communications is, unless otherwise specified, a reference to RIME.
1.1 Research In Motion E-Commerce Inc.
RIME means Research In Motion E-Commerce Inc. with respect to End Users residing in, or in the case of purchases of Offerings from a RIME Store, with billing addresses in, the following jurisdiction:
- Canada
1.2 Research In Motion E-Commerce Corp.
RIME means Research In Motion E-Commerce Corp. with respect to End Users residing in, or in the case of purchases of Offerings from a RIME Store, with billing addresses in, the following jurisdiction:
- United States (including Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands)
1.3 Research In Motion E-Commerce S.à.r.l.
RIME means Research In Motion E-Commerce S.à.r.l. with respect to End Users residing in, or in the case of purchases of Offerings from a RIME Store, with billing addresses in the following jurisdictions:
- All jurisdictions other than those listed in 1.1 and 1.2 above.
